Over the last few months we’ve been adding tons of small updates to Chart Talk. Here are a few that you may have noticed:
- Easy patient search on top navigation bar. Now you can search for a patient from anyscreen. The last 5 that you’ve selected are available for quick access when you enter the search field.
- Bookings Update – Now the patient representative can be set to recieve email and text massage appointment reminders elimiating the issue that you cannot have the same email address for multiple patients. READ MORE
- Patient Payment Tool on Autopost screen. Elimiate hundreds of clicks by entering patient payments from one screen instead of needing to navigate to each individuals patient account.
- Custom Letterhead – On certain reports you can opt to use a custom graphic letterhead instead of the standard one line text letterhead. Upload your letterhead on the Print Settings screen. Reports designed to fit in a two window envelope do not have this option. READ MORE
- Apply payments from an insurance check to charges marked PR (patient responsibility) from the check entry tool.
