5/26 – Electronic Billing 101 Part 1: Submitting Electronic Claims
There’s a general knowledge needed to understand the billing cycle of haelthcare claims. This course will benefit newcomwers and pros alike by starting at the very basic claim definitions and explaining how electronic claims are processed. We will also compare the similarities and discuss the differences beteen electronic and paper claims.
6/2 – Electronic Billing 101 Part 1: Handling and Applying Remittances Electronically
The second installment of this series will look at how payment comes back and what tools to use to speed up your work and improve accuracy.
The two installments of this series go together to explain a technically complex process in understandable, real world terms. You will come away information that will help you understand and troubleshhot your claims cycle.
6/16 – Integrated Credit Card Processing including Insurance Credit Cards
See how credit card processing works when the patient is at the front desk, they call in with a payment, you recieve an insurance credit card, or if the patient is at home on their mobile device.
6/30 – Patient Engagement
Using and assigning scored outcome assessment tools. creating and assigning your own patietn intake forms. We will go over what tools are available to you, and what you are able to create and manage on your own. We will discuss the patient portal and the various ways you can get your patients to engage with you clinic online.

We will go over ways to keep in touch with your patients, get documentation completed outside of the clinic, encourage patients to schedule appointments and pay their statements online using Chart Talk and customizations for yoru clinic.
