2023 is the the year of building on user experience (UX) as design new features for Chart Talk. In our first release we have brought our old Exam Details tool back in a new way.
The tool is available for any daily encounter note, either in SOAP or Narrative format.
- Open the tool using the Details Button
- Header displays last exam record for the patient and what type of visit that it was associated with
- Get Previous Exam Details
How it works…
The Exam Details record is independant of each visit. You can see when the last exam was, when you open exam details the exam checkbox is automatically selected.
You can pull the last results forward. The title of any tab or sub tab with information is presented in italics. The results of the exam details are not updated until you press save.
Exam Details associated with a DOS are included in the SOAP report between the objective findings and assessment fields.
Spinal Listings
The new spinal listings tool works similarly to the exam details tool. Each record exisits independanly of the visit and can be brought up and reviewes next to the SOAP fields.
