Janurary 2025 – Feature Release

  1. New Feature – Reminders (How to page with examples) This very exciting new feature lets you assign reminder or tasks to yourself or other users in the clinic simultaneously.  A reminder can bee linked to a patient but it doesn’t have to. When a reminder is active, you are notified by this new icon in the tools at the top of your Chart Talk browser.

    You can save comments about the remainder and keep it active until you are finished and mark the reminder complete.
  2. New Setting (Manual Entry) Required Document (Main Navigation Menu Documents > Narrative Templates)
    This new setting notifies you on patient check in if a required document needs to be added to the patient file cabinet. This works with assignable forms in Chart Talk as well as a reminder if you should scan in a form that you get filled out in clinic.
  3. New Setting – Clearinghouse DOS as Date Range (DTP RD8 Loop 2400). (Main Navigation Menu > Practice Management > Clearinghouses).
