We’ve been working behind the scenes making so minor adjustments. The main features you can be on the lookout for are:
- More Functionality from Clinic Schedule – By default all active providers are listed side-by-side on the day view schedule. Both the time block length and appointment lengths are configurable using the new CS Config option under Schedule Configuration. You can schedule for providers on the Clinic Schedule by double clicking the time block you wan to schedule for.
- New Reports – YTD Summary by code,YTD Summary by date, YTD Balance Transfer, Service History Report, Electronic EOB Details by Date Range
- Collapsible Navigation Menu using mobile browsers
- Printing documents directly from Document Preview
We are reaching a point where the Chart Talk Processes in the web browser are far surpassing what the desktop application can do. For workflows that simply create SOAP notes without integrating new processes geared towards clinical data reporting, you will not be making the most of what Chart Talk can do for you. All the new videos, certifications, and staff will focus only on Chart Talk and processes that utilize the full functionality of the system.
